I’m a marketing strategist and venue management expert with a passion for storytelling and community engagement. At Centre In The Square, Ontario’s premier arts and entertainment complex, I pioneered marketing and branding initiatives to amplify audience connections and drive ticket sales for over 350 concert tours across Canada, including Disney’s touring properties, Dancing With The Stars, and National Geographic Live!. Through data-driven strategies and creative partnerships, I collaborated with industry giants like Amazon, Netflix, and Live Nation to cultivate engaging, sustainable growth in the arts, sports, and entertainment sectors.

Throughout my tenure, I built and led a dedicated team managing box office operations and external ticketing contracts for theaters and arenas, including the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium + Kitchener Rangers. We utilized patron data to make informed programming and staffing decisions, growing our social media following to over 60,000 and expanding our email list from 7,000 to 250,000. I developed cross-promotional initiatives and programming innovations that aligned with community interests, integrating insights from patron surveys and leveraging AI to enhance our operations.

From orchestrating press releases and digital ad campaigns to launching revenue-generating systems like retargeting emails and donation prompts, my approach balanced creativity with data analytics to drive audience engagement and revenue.
